As a mentor...

To avoid confusion and delays in your project schedule, we strongly recommend adhering to the weekly meeting schedule you chose when you listed your project.

Your candidates committed to the preset time when they applied for your project, sometimes even altering their schedules to make themselves available.

A one-time change...

We understand that due to emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances you may have to reschedule or miss a group meeting. We ask that you notify everyone involved as far in advance as possible—we suggest at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are unable to commit to remaining weekly meetings...

Everyone on the project has to be aware of and agree to a new weekly meeting time. Let QLC.io know about this change through the chat box on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. We will make the necessary changes on your project dashboard.

As a candidate...

Attendance at weekly meetings is highly recommended and even compulsory for certain meetings; however, we understand that at times exceptions may have to be made due to unforeseen circumstances.

Missing one call...

Notify your team leader (or your mentor, if you are working on a project alone) that you are unable to attend that week's meeting. Catch up with him or her separately as to not miss out on key information and read through your team's meeting minutes.

If you are unable to commit to remaining weekly meetings...

If you are unable to meet the fixed meeting time for the remainder of the project, you are responsible for coordinating a new weekly meeting time that everyone involved in the project (both project team members and your mentor) can agree upon. We suggest using Doodle as a helpful scheduling tool.

Once you've confirmed a new day and time, let QLC.io know about it through the chat box on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
